Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any personalized items unless faulty.
Easy Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Plymouth address using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item provided it’s in new condition. Simply follow the returns process above and specify your exchange preferences in your email.
If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, please mark your return package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original customs duties or taxes.
