5.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We currently do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

5.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Return Process

2. Wait for our authorization and RMA number
3. Package items securely in original packaging

Note: Use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
